SC Stays Gujarat HC Order Directing Persons Not Wearing Masks to Do Community Service - 03.12.2020

Supreme Court has stayed the Gujarat High Court order which had directed the State of Gujarat to come up with a policy or order that would direct for those caught without a face cover/mask to be compulsorily sent to COVID-19 care centres for community service.
