Bombay High Court to Finance Ministry: Resolve Space Issue of DRT and DRAT At the Earliest - 28.01.2016

Bombay High Court has warned Finance Ministry to resolve space and other issues faced in operation of Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRAT) in Mumbai at the earliest or else it would stay all the ongoing proceedings in the tribunals.
