CESTAT: CENVAT Credit Can’t be Denied on Sales Commission - 02.12.2020

Customs, Excises, and Service Taxes Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) has held that the CENVAT Credit cannot be denied on sales commission as it falls under the definition of “input service.”
