Delhi High Court Refuses Interim Bail to Unitech Promoter Ajay Chandra - 30.11.2020

Delhi High Court has declined to extend the interim bail of one month granted to Unitech Ltd promoter Ajay Chandra due to the illness of his wife who was suffering from COVID-19. The high court noted that the Supreme Court is seized of the matter and there was no ground to extend the interim bail.
