P&H HC Issues Notice to Govt in Plea Seeking Release of Detenu Farmers - 26.11.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice to the Haryana Government in a habeas corpus petition filed by an advocacy group formed by farmers from various parts of Haryana for the welfare of the farmers, seeking the release of over 100 detenues (farmers) who were allegedly detained at midnight ahead of the proposed farmers' agitation in Delhi.
