Dinakaran Newspaper Attack Case: Madras HC Warns Accused Against “Intimidating” Court - 27.01.2016

Madras High Court has warned the accused of 2007 Dinakaran newspaper attack case against “intimidating” the court by raising technical pleas to evade from facing an appeal preferred by CBI against their acquittal by the Principal District and Sessions Court in 2009.
