Allahabad HC Seeks Govt Response on Enforcement of Clinical Establishments Act, 2010 - 25.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has called upon the State Government to apprise it about steps taken to regulate clinical establishments in the State, in view of Article 47 of the Constitution as well as the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.
