MP HC Refuses to Quash Detention Order Against Alleged Black Marketeer - 23.11.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has refused to quash the detention order passed against a Businessman, an alleged Black Marketeer, accused of siphoning food grain, which was meant to be distributed to poor people under the Public Distribution System and who had allegedly stored the same for the purpose of black-marketing.
