Allahabad HC Refuses to Quash FIR Against AMU Proctorial Team Accused of Abusing a Man - 23.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has rejected a petition for quashing of First Information Report and consequent criminal proceedings pending against 12 members of the Aligarh Muslim University proctorial team, accused of abusing a man for flying Bharatiya Janta Party flag on his vehicle in the University campus.
