Gauhati HC Seeks Govt's Response on Plea for Effective Implementation of Right to Education Act - 20.11.2020

Gauhati High Court has sought a response from the Assam government in a plea seeking effective implementation of Section 12(1)(c) of the Right to Education Act, 2009 which reserves at least 25% elementary level school seats for children belonging to weaker sections.
