SC Issues Notice on Challenge to Judgement Quashing Preventive Detention Under COFEPOSA Act - 20.11.2020

Supreme Court has issued notice in a special leave petition filed by the Union of India challenging a Kerala High Court judgment which quashed the preventive detention orders passed against two person under Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (COFEPOSA) was quashed.
