ITAT, Ahmedabad: Transaction Not Colorable Because Assessee Claimed Depreciation on Goodwill - 19.11.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Ahmedabad has held that the transaction cannot be regarded as a colorable device merely on the basis that assessee claimed depreciation on goodwill in amalgamation scheme.
