TRAI draft directions on delivering broadband services

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India released a draft Direction on delivering broadband services in a transparent manner for comments from stakeholders. The Directions propose an inclusion of fair use policies on telecom service providers’ websites, and alerts to users upon them using eighty percent of their data limit. The directions are applicable for both Fixed and Mobile Broadband services.
