SC: CBI Investigation Not Vitiated for Not Obtaining Consent of State Government - 18.11.2020

Supreme Court has observed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation is not vitiated merely for not obtaining prior consent of the State Government under Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment (DSPE) Act, 1946, unless it is shown that prejudice has been caused to the accused.
