Allahabad High Court Seeks UP Govt's Response on Implementation of JJ Act - 18.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has issued notice to the Uttar Pradesh Government on a Public Interest Litigation concerning illegal detention and torture of juveniles during the anti-CAA protests (anti- Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 protests) in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
