SC Refuses Plea of Sameer Thakkar for Transfer of FIRs on Tweets Against Ministers - 17.11.2020

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a Petition filed on behalf of Sameer Thakkar for transfer and consolidation of investigation in the First Information Reports pertaining to his tweets against the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and other Cabinet Ministers.
