SC: Citizens Should Approach High Courts First for Enforcing Fundamental Rights - 17.11.2020

Supreme Court has said that it wished to discourage petitions under Article 32 in the Court for enforcement of fundamental rights and said that citizens should instead approach High Courts for appropriate relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
