Allahabad HC Protects 2 Anti-CAA Protesters from Arrest Till Filing of Police Report - 17.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has directed that two anti-CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019) protest accused shall not be arrested in the case till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
