Delhi HC Orders Inspection of Detention Centre's Living Conditions by Judicial Officer - 17.11.2020

Delhi High Court has directed the Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQs.) to depute a Judicial Officer to visit a detention centre located in Delhi and inspect the same with respect to the conditions prevailing there.
