AAAR, Maharashtra: GST on Property Tax, Water Charges, Etc. Amounts to ‘Supply’ - 13.11.2020

Appellate Authority of Advance Ruling (AAAR), Maharashtra has upheld the ruling of the Authority of Advance Ruling and has ruled that Goods and Services Tax payable on property tax, water charges, common electricity charges, etc. collected by Society as amounts to ‘Supply’.
