HP HC: Minor's Consent Relevant for Deciding Bail Application of 'Rape' Accused - 13.11.2020

Himachal Pradesh High Court has granted bail to a man accused of 'raping' a minor girl on the ground that the girl had consented to the sexual intercourse, stating that although the consent was invalid, it was sufficient to grant bail to the accused.
