CCI Approves Google’s Investment in Jio Platforms - 12.11.2020

Competition Commission of India has approved Google’s Rs. 33,737 crore investment in Jio Platforms for a 7.73% stake, clearing the way for the internet giant to jointly develop entry-level Android smartphones.
