Delhi HC Seeks Police Response on Plea Challenging Sanction to Prosecute Accused for Delhi Riots - 11.11.2020

Delhi High Court has sought response of police on a plea by an accused, booked under the stringent anti-terror law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967 challenging the sanction granted to prosecute him in a case related to the northeast Delhi riots.
