Allahabad HC: Drawee Need Not Wait to File Complaint if Drawer’s Intention Not to Pay is Clear - 10.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has held that once the intention of the party is clear that it does not wish to make payment, the Complainant need not wait for the minimum period 15 days under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
