Orissa HC Sets Aside Conviction for Rape, Commutes Death Penalty to Life Imprisonment - 10.11.2020

Orissa High Court has commuted the death sentence of a 28-year-old man to life imprisonment while upholding his conviction for murder of a 9-year-old girl, but acquitting him of charges of raping her.
