SC Directs Serving of Copy on UOI in PIL Seeking Termination of MOU with Chinese Counterparts - 09.11.2020

Supreme Court has directed the Petitioners to serve Union of India a copy in a Public Interest Litigation seeking for directions to terminate any Memorandum of Understanding between the Centre, States of Gujarat and Maharashtra and Adani Group of Companies, with their counterparts in China.
