SC Issues Contempt Notice to Maharashtra Assembly Secretary Over Letter to Arnab Goswami - 06.11.2020

Supreme Court has issued contempt notice to the Secretary of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for sending a letter to Arnab Goswami, the editor-in-chief of Republic TV, for allegedly intimidating him for approaching the Court against the privilege notice issued by the Assembly.
