Bombay HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Transfer of TRP Scam Probe to CBI - 06.11.2020

Bombay High Court has issued a notice to the Centre on two pleas made by Republic TV’s editor-in-chef Arnab Goswami seeking a transfer of the TRP scam probe from Mumbai Police to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), so that the agency can be made a party.
