Allahabad HC Calls on IO to Explain How Charge-Sheet u/s 34 and 120-B IPC Were Filed - 05.11.2020

Allahabad High Court has called upon the investigating officer and the circle officer attached with Police Station Akhand Nagar, District Sultanpur to explain how the charge-sheet under Sections 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) was filed.
