SC Agrees to Give Priority to Disqualification Cases - 05.11.2020

Supreme Court has agreed to give priority to disqualification cases filed before it after a complaint by senior advocate Kapil Sibal, while withdrawing a case relating to the defection of some Congress Members of Legislative Assembly who joined the Bharatiya Janta Party Government of Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Madhya Pardesh.
