Allahabad HC: Accused Has Right to Summon Evidence/Witness Relevant for Prosecution Evidence - 04.11.2020

Allahabad High Court allowed an application for recall of witness moved by an accused under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 while holding that the same is a matter of right, when it comes to proper appreciation of the prosecution evidence.
