Kerala HC: Benefit of Gratuity Act Cannot Be Denied to Employee by Designating as Trainee - 03.11.2020

Kerala High Court has observed that an employer cannot deny the benefit of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 to an employee by designating him/her as trainee while extracting regular work from him.
