Kerala HC: Akbari Officers Can Register Crimes Under Akbari Act - 02.11.2020

Kerala High Court has held that the Abkari Officers, can register a crime under Abkari Act, 1077, by invoking Section 154 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 without complying the procedure under Section 30 of Abkari Act, 1077.
