Bombay HC Allows Waiving of Cool-Off Period u/s 13B Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 - 02.11.2020

Bombay High Court has allowed a Joint plea for waiving the Cooling-off period as specified under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and asked the Family Court to decide the divorce plea of a couple on an urgent basis.
