HP HC: Declaration as ‘Absconder’ Not to Preclude from Filing Anticipatory Bail Application - 02.11.2020

Himachal Pradesh High Court has made it clear that declaration of an accused as an "absconder" under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 does not preclude him from filing an application for seeking anticipatory bail.
