SC Issues Notice to Union Government in Plea Alleging Use of Medicines Without Approval - 30.10.2020

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Union Government in a plea alleging that two medicines Remdesivir and Favipiravir are being used for the treatment of COVID-19 without approval.
