SC Stays Delhi High Court Order Denying Extension of Interim Bail to Undertrials - 30.10.2020

Andheri Court, Mumbai has ordered inquiry against actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel for allegedly posting derogatory tweets against the Muslim community. The Court has ordered an inquiry under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and called for a police report on the allegations against the siblings.
