Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Revokes Penalty on Jamsetji Tata Trust - 29.10.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has revoked a Rs. 37 Crores penalty imposed on the Jamsetji Tata Trust by the income tax department, rejecting its contention that the assessee had concealed income.
