Supreme Court: Maternity Leave No Ground for Dismissal - 29.10.2020

Supreme Court has slammed Delhi Univesity’s Aurobindo College for removing an ad hoc assistant professor during her maternity leave and said having a child is no reflection on a woman’s professional ability.
