Kerala HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Quashing of Proceedings in LIFE Mission Project Case - 28.10.2020

Kerala High Court has dismissed as non-maintainable, a Public Interest Litigation, seeking to quash the proceedings before a Single Bench of the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of complaint registered in connection with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 irregularities in the 'LIFE Mission' project of the State Government.
