MP HC: BCI Has Power to Frame Rules for Conditions for Permitting Person to Practice as Advocate - 28.10.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that an advocate getting enrolled under Section 24 of the Advocates Act, 1961 can be subjected to further conditions before he is permitted to practise as an advocate in Court.
