Delhi High Court Dismisses NIFT Students Plea Against Fee Hike - 27.10.2020

Delhi High Court has passed an order dismissing the writ petition filed by the NIFT students against the 10% fee-hike for NRI quota students and 5% for non-NRI quota students, on the ground that the plea was vague and the fee hike cannot be termed as oppressive or arbitrary.
