Gujarat HC Raps State Government for Invoking PASA Act on Basis of Religious Sentiments - 27.10.2020

Gujarat High Court has rapped the State Government for making religious sentiments the basis for invoking Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1985 (PASA Act) in a case involving alleged beef transportation and cow slaughter.
