P&H HC: On Attaining Majority Women are Entitled to Make Own Choices - 27.10.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed in a Habeas Corpus Petition that Women, who have attained the age of majority, are entitled to make their own choices and they can live wherever they want. The Court has further opined that the Courts cannot assume the role of a super guardian to impose any restrictions on them.
