Uttarakhand HC: Subsequent FIR May Not Always be Termed as Counter Blast - 26.10.2020

Uttarakhand High Court has told Bharatiya Janta Party Member of Legislative Assembly, Mahesh Negi that subsequent FIR may not always be termed as counter blast, when he sought quashing of a rape First information Report (FIR) against him, contending that the same was a "counter blast" to a FIR priorly filed against the informant by his wife.
