Himachal Pradesh HC: Right to Cross-Examine Vested in Petitioner - 22.10.2020

Himachal Pradesh High Court has observed that right to cross-examine vested in the Petitioner could not have been closed by learned Court on account of absence of his counsel, rather, in that situation, Court should have provided some legal aid counsel to the accused.
