Patna HC: Parties Can Put up Hoardings on Private Properties - 22.10.2020

Patna High Court has paved the way for political parties to put up hoardings, banners, posters and other publicity material on private properties, after seeking written permission from owners, by interpreting private properties as “persons” under the Bihar Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1987.
