Delhi HC Allows Plea to Get Witness Statement in Alleged Assault of Anshu Prakash - 22.10.2020

Delhi High Court has allowed the plea of Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal and deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia to get a statement of one of the witnesses in a case related to alleged assault of then chief secretary Anshu Prakash in 2018.
