Bombay HC Allows Export of Pending Consignment of Onions with Valid Shipping Bills - 22.10.2020

Bombay High Court has allowed export of onions for which shipping bills were presented and generated prior to 10:28 pm on September 14, 2020 the same day the Director General of Foreign Trade, under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued notification prohibiting the export of all varieties of onions.
