Rajasthan HC Directs State to Allow VRS Application of Doctor - 19.10.2020

Rajasthan High Court has directed the State of Rajasthan and Sawai Man Singh Medical College and Associate Hospital to allow the Voluntary Retirement Scheme application of a Doctor and allow him to participate in the Municipal Election and treat him as retired for the said purpose.
